Privacy Policy

Flow Maxima Labs ("we," "us," or "our") builds calendar and leave-planning applications for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how our apps handle information. We have designed our apps to be private by default: they run entirely on your device and do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any server.

The short version

• We do not collect personal information.
• We do not have accounts, logins, or user profiles.
• We do not operate servers that receive your data — our apps work offline, on your device.
• Any information you enter (such as your leave balance or planned breaks) stays only on your device.

Information we do not collect

Our apps do not require an account and do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location. Data you enter — for example, the number of paid-leave days you have, or breaks you plan — is stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard on-device storage. It is never transmitted to us or any third party, and we cannot see it.

Purchases

Our apps may offer an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium features. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Advertising

Some of our apps may display advertising in their free version, provided through Google AdMob. Advertising services may collect certain device-level information (such as a device identifier) to serve and measure ads, in accordance with their own privacy policies and your device's settings. On Apple devices, ad personalization is governed by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework — you are always asked for permission and may decline. Where you decline or where required, only non-personalized ads are requested.

Analytics

We do not use third-party analytics SDKs to track your behavior across our apps.

Children's privacy

Our apps are general-audience utilities and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
